Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Collaboration: Work closely with the FOH management team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
Innovation: Stay updated with culinary trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the menu and operational efficiency.
Financial Acumen: Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimize labor and food expenses.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, premium casual dining setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
